Tinirau Arona is a Cook Islands rugby league player who currently plays for Sydney Roosters in the NRL and the Newtown Jets in the New South Wales Cup. He plays as a prop. He is a Cook Islands international.[1]
Arona's National Rugby League Premiership debutwas a 24 - 6 defeat of Wests Tigers.
On 3 November 2011 The annual RLIF Awards dinner was held at the Tower of London and Arona was named Cook Islands' player of the year.[2]
